Dry River ‘The Twelve Spies’ 2017 - Martinborough
18/20 Raymond Chan
A blend of Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Syrah. Spice, pepper, cloves and liquorice are mixed with cherry, fruit of the forest, Bram berry compote and floral notes. A smooth and elegant followed by a silken soft texture finish. This wine is not a fly by night, one-off experiment but one to be loved.
Think rainy cold night, fire roaring and the company of 'The Twelve Spies'
Drink now, or pop in the cellar to age.
